This is an efficient, no-nonsense 8-week program that combines weightlifting and calorie-burning High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the nutrition and supplements needed for a complete body transformation. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working. You workout just 4 days a week, with 3 strategically chosen recovery days. Every workout is 30–40 minutes and ends with a quick core routine. There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines, and no opportunity for boredom because you’ll do all 32 workouts of the program in real time —never doing the same workout twice
HOW DO I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS?
All workouts are streamable (and downloadable!) from your laptop, smartphone,tablet, or TV, starting on July 16th so you do them from anywhere as long as you have WiFI or have downloaded them ahead of time.
WHAT DOES THE NUTRITION PLAN LOOK LIKE?
You are going to build muscle and burn a ton of calories. We’ve put together a simple way to help keep your body fueled and primed for success—even including an optional “cheat day.” There are no gimmicks, no complicated recipes; just an easy meal planning system so you can eat the foods you love, but tailor your daily intake to fit your goals. You won't be eliminating entire food groups or alcohol either, so rest assured you can still live your life on this plan.
IS ANY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED?
Just a set of light, medium, and heavy weights (depending on your fitness level), or you can substitute with resistance bands. Workouts may be done at-home or in a gym.
HOW DO I TRACK MY WORKOUTS + RECEIVE ACCOUNTABILITY?
Everyday you will check into our private Online Boot Camp group - log your workout and your nutrition. This group is here to support you, inspire you and keep you motivated to push past your limits! Support is key to staying accountable. That’s why this group will play a major role in helping you reach your health and fitness goals. Throughout the duration of the challenge, I will check in on you weekly and share tips to help you make it to the whole way through so you can blow your own mind with amazing results!
