I'm so happy you're here!
If you're on this page, you're probably wondering who the heck I am (valid question), and while I'd love to give you my mile-long backstory of how-I-got-here, I'll do my best to keep it short.
First off, I'm a wife to my best friend and teammate-for-life, Chris. I'm a super-obsessed bulldog mama to my meatball, Hank, and I run an online business helping women overcome self-doubt and gain clarity to create the life and businesses of their dreams — a job that I love doing, with all my heart.
But it wasn't always like this.
Just a few years ago, I found myself feeling completely unfulfilled at my corporate job, out of shape, and surrounded by toxic relationships with both people and things.
I felt the day-to-day grind sucking the life out of me, despite how "good" it looked on paper.
I felt stuck and honestly, lost.
Until one day, I took a long, hard look at where I was and realized no one was going to come figure it out for me.
No one was coming to save me.
And if I stayed on the path I was on, it wasn't gonna end pretty or anywhere near the life I had envisioned for myself.
So I took ACTION.
I made a decision to change the things I could control and have a different perspective about the things I could not. Because at the end of the day, it's not about how much you workout, what you eat, or where you work—it’s about how you THINK.
And when you can change the way you think, your world changes, too.
Just two short years after that pivotal day of decisiveness, I had not only gotten myself into the best shape of my life and was in a healthy, loving relationship with my boyfriend (now husband), but I had built a part-time coaching business that earned more than my corporate income and I was handing in my notice to make that purpose-filled business my full-time job.
I now have the honor of sharing that process—the fitness, the business, the purpose + passion-finding—with hundreds of women around the world.
So it's my hope that through my work and everything offered here on my little slice of the interwebs, that you discover just how powerful you are.
I hope you realize that no matter where you are, how "stuck" you feel, or the rock bottom you're sitting on... you're breathing.
And you have so much more to give, not only to others but to yourself.
Don't ever forget that. I'm rooting for you.
